Our History

Petrotrade (Pvt) Ltd is a government-owned company in Zimbabwe, established in December 2010 following the unbundling of the National Oil Company of Zimbabwe (NOCZIM) into Petrotrade and the National Oil Infrastructure Company of Zimbabwe (NOIC). It operates under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:31).

  • Primary Mandate: To lead Zimbabwe’s fuel retail industry through the importation and distribution of petroleum products.
